Lindsey Homes LLC was founded to simplify homeownership and restore trust in the building and real estate process.
After years of experience in both real estate and construction, Zac and Chelsea saw how overwhelming building or buying a home could feel. Lindsey Homes was created to do things differently—by offering transparency, clear communication, and full-service solutions that truly serve families.

Zac Lindsey and his wife Chelsea founded Lindsey Homes with a shared calling to serve others through the work God placed on their lives.
Zac is a Texas licensed Realtor and builder with experience across real estate sales, land acquisition, and new construction. Chelsea plays a vital role alongside him, helping lead the vision, values, and heart of the company. Together, they are deeply committed to operating with integrity, stewardship, and genuine care for every family they serve.
They believe a home is far more than a structure—it’s where families grow, faith is lived out, and generational legacies are built. Their approach is relational and hands-on, walking with clients through every step of the process with honesty, clarity, and peace.

With a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of the custom build process, Whitney bridges the gap between vision and execution. From the first consultation to the final walk-through, she ensures every detail aligns with her clients’ goals, aesthetic, and long-term lifestyle needs.
Known for her steady communication and relational approach, Whitney partners closely with homeowners, architects, and the build team to deliver homes that feel timeless, tailored, and distinctly personal.
